Case-by-Case Basis

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We strive to provide the best possible customer service and will assess each return request individually to determine the appropriate resolution.

Return Window

Returns are void after 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for paying for their own return postage costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [contact@stein.com] and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team after you initiate the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please contact our customer service team if you are unsure about the return eligibility of your item.
